Le Fanu Renovation
A Cottesloe icon bought back to its glory by Zorzi in collaboration with Hocking Heritage Architects, this home was in a severe state of disrepair and about to be condemned when our clients purchased it. After looking at their options, they determined that Zorzi were the only builder capable of taking on such a project to a successful outcome.
Painstaking deconstruction and reconstructive works under the watchful eye of the Heritage Council resulted in a project that won Australian renovation of the year and continues to be a local landmark.
