Zorzi is a name that is synonymous with quality in Perth.
Corrado Zorzi bought his family to Australia from the north of Italy in the early 1950s and began applying his trade, carrying out renovations of homes in the inner suburbs and moving on to building new homes as word of mouth spread about his ability.
From these humble beginnings over 70 years ago Zorzi has grown, evolved and continues to hone its craft, always looking forward and leading the way.
Making our name originally through traditional and classical design through the past few decades, winning multiple Australian Homes of the Year through this period and beyond, Zorzi is now continuing to forge its name at the forefront of modern, contemporary design in Perth.
At Zorzi we don’t simply build homes – our belief is that the best outcomes are achieved when the same team handles the entire process from the earliest stages to completion.
We have collaborated with our in-house Architectural practice, Rietveld Architects, to be able to provide the entire suite of design, building, and interior design. In this way we can work with our clients to provide the premium service of combined expertise in Architectural skill that is backed up by our experienced pricing and construction department to ensure our homes are designed and built to budget and on time.
However, if you have a particular Architect that you would like to work with or have a design already prepared, we are happy to discuss the option of being involved with you on this on an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) basis.
With Zorzi’s construction team having well over 200 years of combined experience, the results are reflected in our continuing repeat and referred business, and awards for best homes in Perth, WA, and Australia from our peers at the HIA and MBA.

We often get asked the question ‘why should we build with Zorzi’? Whilst there are many luxury builders that have come and gone over the years, we pride ourselves more than anything on continuing to be the name at the cutting edge after 70 years and the amount of on-going repeat clientele that we continue to have. We have recently completed homes for clients whereby it is the fourth and fifth homes respectively that they or their direct family members have built with us, often with the same construction team members for each home.
