Colonial Gardens Renovation
Approached by the new buyers of a Zorzi built home from 2002 in Mosman Park, the brief was to transform this home both stylistically and structurally with strong influences of Hamptons and Cape styles, and all in four months.
The entire structure of the home was altered to create a much more open plan, light and bright layout which placed an emphasis on integrating the indoor and outdoor living. The result was a home that was completed on time and won renovation of the year.
