We designed and built this series of four small lot townhouses on sites that were each less than 300 square metres in size. Awash with natural light, these homes feature floating timber stair treads and a feature void which opens the entire home up.
All living areas including the master wing are positioned on the ground floor, for single level apartment-style living.
