With a thirty-metre frontage to Marine Parade, we designed this residence to take absolute advantage of the ocean views from the outdoor living spaces, with an elevated swimming pool, conversation pit and alfresco having sweeping, unencumbered views all the way to Rottnest Island.
A bold design aesthetic with off-form concrete and dark timber composite cladding externally contrasted with light, bright timber flooring and lighter palette aspects.
Both internally and externally, it was also of paramount importance to consider finishes carefully and build a home that could withstand the harsh ocean conditions without requiring constant cleaning and maintenance.
