This home draws from a unique combination of different influences such as Hamptons, Federation, English and a touch of Raffles. It was designed as a single level layout and featuring a large 5 car undercroft garage. The front half of the home is traditional in layout, with an emphasis on symmetry and wide, high and expansive passages with the back half of the home embracing a more modern, open plan layout spilling out to the backyard and alfresco.
