Le Fanu

This classic heritage-style home is an iconic residence in Cottesloe. It is over 121 years old and was once a rundown beach bungalow that was almost ready for demolition. After a number of different contractors and architects were brought in to quote on the restoration, Zorzi was eventually chosen to maintain and restore this beautiful piece of history. The home has an elaborate and elegant entrance hall bringing a uniquely classic feel, emphasised by the opulent materials used such as backlit mirrors, onyx, marble and lacquered finishes.
